Booking Conditions

Guest Registration:
To ensure a smooth check-in process, I request that you send a copy of all guests’ identity documents prior to your arrival, for check-in at reception. Please send the information to the following email address: info@milyshomeperu.de
Taxes:
Tax Exemption: Foreign residents are exempt from taxes.
18% tax: Applies exclusively to residents of Peru.
Check-in and Check-out times:
Check-in: From noon onwards.
Check-out: Until 11:00 am.
Minimum Stay:
The minimum stay required is 3 nights.
Waste Management:
For stays longer than three days, I ask you to deposit your rubbish in the designated area in basement 1.
Provisions Included:
All accommodation options include bed linen, towels, and basic toiletries such as toilet paper, shampoo and soap.
Prohibitions:
In order to maintain a safe and respectful environment, it is strictly prohibited:
Organising parties or consuming illegal substances in the flat.
Performing acts that contravene Peruvian laws or good customs.
Illegally possessing weapons of any kind or flammable materials.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate expulsion, a penalty ranging from 500 EUR to 5000 EUR, and notification of the relevant authorities, with no right to reimbursement.
Guest Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Payment must be made in advance to confirm your booking.
Cancellations at least 7 days in advance: 90% of the reservation amount will be refunded, minus administrative costs.
Cancellations less than 7 days in advance: 50% of the reservation amount will be refunded.
Payment and Cancellation Policy by the Host:
In the unlikely event that Mily’s Home Peru needs to cancel your booking due to force majeure (such as illness or refurbishment), you will be notified at least 48 hours in advance, and you will receive a 100% refund of the costs paid, with no other penalty.
Mily’s Home Peru is not responsible for events of an extraordinary nature or force majeure, such as earthquakes, tidal waves, or tsunamis. In such cases, the cancellation of the reservation will be automatic. Refunds will be made at the request of the guest and within 30 days of receipt of the request.
